What are your hours of operation?
Monday through Friday
8:00am to 6:00pm EST

Are you closed for national holidays and if so, which ones?
New Years' Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

What is the spiritual symbolism of red cardinals?
Symbolic signs appear in many forms, but the red cardinal has long been embraced as the most notable spiritual messenger sent by our loved ones in Heaven to watch over us. Red cardinals are one of the most common spiritual signs that people receive from Heaven.

What is a Cardinal Experience?
A Cardinal Experience is defined as the moment a red cardinal appears unexpectedly after the loss of a loved one. This may occur during a difficult time or even while you are celebrating a special occasion.

What does the Caring Cardinals™ website offer to comfort the bereaved?
When an individual suffers the loss of someone special, grief is inevitable. While there are many wonderful support groups and books offering coping strategies, we believe the soul often needs more care. Our website is designed to inspire the bereaved to embrace red cardinals as their source for inner peace. Our website offers an online gift shop, real-life Cardinal Experiences, cardinal photographs, northern cardinal facts, suggestions for attracting cardinals, a special page that honors loved ones who have passed on, a blog, an author page, and links to our social media pages on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.

Do you have a presence on social media?
Yes. We have a page titled CARING CARDINALS on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter where we share inspirational messages paired with beautiful cardinal photographs and Cardinal Experiences. We also host a public group on Facebook titled CARING CARDINALS & FRIENDS where members can share their own cardinal photographs and honor the memory of their loved ones in Heaven.

If I was blessed with a Cardinal Experience, can I share my story with you?
Absolutely. Please visit our Cardinal Experiences page and submit your story via the form provided.

Where can I submit a review of your book?
Praise of our wonderful book is so important. There are a few ways you can submit and share praise, which include:

1) AMAZON - Post a book review on Amazon! You can find Caring Cardinals by searching for “Caring Cardinals.” Scroll down past the current book reviews and select the button “Write a review.”

2) BOOK REVIEWS - Visit our Book Reviews page and submit your review via the form provided.

3) SOCIAL MEDIA - This is a wonderful source for sharing positive information. The best way to provide praise is by sharing a photo of you holding our book and adding your review with a link to our website: http://www.CaringCardinals.com


ORDERING

As an individual customer, where can I order your book and cardinal gifts?
At this time, everything can be ordered directly from our online Shop page. Amazon offers our gift book and Etsy offers our gift book, Cardinal Gift Boxes, jewelry and wine charms.

Where is your store located?
We do not have a physical store at this time. We have an online gift shop and also sell products on Etsy and Amazon.

Is it safe to place my order online?
Yes. Our website uses SSL certificates and is extremely secure.

Do you charge sales tax?
A 6% sales tax is charged only to those customers who live in Pennsylvania. 

Can I place an order by telephone or email?
Not at this time.

If I make a purchase online, can you ship the order to someone else?
Yes. During the checkout process, you will have the option to enter an alternate address for shipping.

Do you offer a gift wrapping option?
Yes, we offer various options, all of which appear within each product listing in our online gift shop. Photo examples of each gift product are also provided.

What are my payment options?
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.   


SHIPPING

What shipping options do you offer?
We ship anywhere within the United States and offer two FLAT RATE shipping options through USPS which include Standard (4 to 9 business days) and Priority (1 to 3 business days.) Orders placed through our website require 1 to 2 business days for processing and ship from Pennsylvania. Delivery times begin AFTER the order has been processed. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes and will therefore require a physical address. We also ship directly to gift recipients providing their address is within the United States.

If I place an order from your online gift shop, when will it ship?
We require 1 to 2 business days for processing. For example, if order is placed Monday through Thursday by 3:00 pm EST, it will ship the same day or the following day. Orders placed after 3:00 pm EST on Fridays and on Saturday/Sunday will ship on the following Monday. Delivery times vary and are based on the distance from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to your zone. If an order is placed during a holiday or if the post office is closed due to inclement weather, your order will ship on the next earliest business day.


JIM SHORE

Where can we learn more about artist Jim Shore and his current art collections?
Jim grew up in rural South Carolina, the son of artistic parents who instilled a love of American folk art. His grandmother was a master quilter who taught him the patience and skill to bring intricate designs to life. Jim worked decades developing his craft, manufacturing his own designs and traveling the country selling his work. Finally in 2001, he partnered with Enesco to create Heartwood Creek, the successful brand that brought Jim world-wide fame. Today, Jim has received multiple rewards from prestigious trade organizations:  ICON HONORS Life Accomplishment Award in 2012, and eight annual awards from NALED including Artist of the Year in 2003, 2004 and 2005. Jim's artistry grew from his family roots where he developed a new design style blending a signature color palette with traditional imagery from quilting and a variety of folk art forms. Jim's unmistakable style applies to an endless variety of themes and formats, including his new River's End home decor collection and exciting design partnerships with popular culture icons like Disney, Peanuts, Looney Tunes and Hanna Barbera. The enormous popularity of Jim Shore products results from a lifetime of dedication, inspiration and hard work.
